Data Deletion

You can delete your TemplateTrends account and the data attached to it at any

time, without asking us first and without giving a reason.

Delete it yourself, from inside the app

1. Open TemplateTrends.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm.

The account is locked immediately: it stops being usable the moment you

confirm, and no one can sign back into it. The data is then permanently

purged 30 days later. The delay exists so that an account deleted by mistake,

or by someone who got hold of a phone, can be recovered by writing to us

inside those 30 days — after that it is gone and we cannot restore it.

Ask us to do it

If you cannot reach the app — you have lost the device, or uninstalled it —

email support@templatetrends.cloud from the address on the account and ask

for deletion. We will confirm within 7 days and complete it on the same

schedule as above.

If you write from a different address we will ask you for something that

shows the account is yours before we delete anything, because a deletion

request is itself a way of attacking someone's account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: email address, display name, and sign-in identifiers.
• Your favourites, collections and search history.
• Your subscription record held by us, and the device identifiers we use to

recognise a returning guest.

• Usage events tied to your account.

What does not, and why

• Anonymous counts. How many times a template was opened is kept, because

it is a number with no person attached to it and removing it would corrupt

the trending data for everyone else.

• Store purchases. A subscription is billed by Google Play or the App

Store, not by us. Deleting the account does not cancel it — cancel it in the

store, or you will keep being charged for a subscription you can no longer

use. We delete our own record of it either way.

• Records we are required to keep. Where a law requires us to retain

something, such as a transaction record for tax purposes, we keep that and

nothing more, for no longer than the law requires.

Signing in through Facebook or Instagram

TemplateTrends does not offer Facebook or Instagram sign-in, and you do not

need a Meta account to use it. Our Meta app exists only so that

TemplateTrends can publish its own posts to its own Facebook Page and

Instagram account; it reads nothing from your personal account and stores

nothing about you. There is therefore no Meta-derived data of yours for us to

delete. Removing TemplateTrends from **Facebook Settings → Business

integrations** ends that connection on your side regardless.
